We believe in enjoying work and enjoying recreation, and strive to create an environment of community, teamwork and friendship. Our annual First Rate Living Weekend retreat for employees and their families is a perfect representation of the enjoyment we get out of fellowshipping with one another.
First Rate also sponsors many free concerts at the Arlington Levitt Pavilion, which is a great way to spend time with your family, friends, and those in the Arlington community. We create a fun-loving culture of employees that enjoy working together to achieve a greater purpose.
